Proposal of Organizational Structure and Job Positions in the Company KAEFKO s. r. o.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tvorbou organizační struktury, jednotlivých oddělení a popisem pracovních míst v uvedené společnosti. Teoretická část je zpracována na základě odborných publikací a článků. Nejprve stručně popisuje, co vše problematika plánování lidských zdrojů obsahuje, poté se již zaměřuje na tvorbu a typy organizační struktury a na tvorbu a popis pracovních míst. Okrajově se také věnuje komunikaci napříč organizační strukturou. Praktická část se na základě nabytých teoretických znalostí zabývá vytvořením organizační struktury a jednotlivých pracovních míst a oddělení pro společnost KAEFKO.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the creation of the organizational structure, individual departments and job descriptions in the company. The theoretical part is based on professional publications and articles. First, it briefly describes what the issue of human resource planning contains, then it focuses on the creation and types of organizational structures and on the creation and job descriptions. Marginally it is also deals with communication across organizational structure. The practical part, based on the acquired theoretical knowledge, deals with the creation of an organizational structure and individual jobs and departments for KAEFKO company.
