Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem školení a výcviku profesionálních hasičů v České republice se zaměřením na možnosti zvýšení kvality tohoto vzdělávání. V práci je zpracován současný systém vzdělávání a jsou zde vymezeny silné a zejména slabé stránky za pomocí dotazníkového šetření a SWOT analýzy. The thesis deals with the topic of training and education of professional firefighters in the Czech Republic with a focus on the possibilities of increasing the quality of this education.
