Abstract:

Diplomová práce řeší zavedení útvaru interního auditu v nestátní neziskové organizaci. Hlavním cílem projektu je zabezpečit hospodárný, efektivní a účelný průběh všech uskutečňovaných procesů v organizaci. Interní audit byl začleněn do organizační struktury a výkon útvaru zajistí interní auditor. Pracovní náplň a postupy interního auditora byly stanoveny pomocí rizikového přístupu, tedy na základě odhalených rizik z provedené finanční analýzy a analýzy zdrojů financování. Podstatou navrženého řešení bylo vypracování kontrolních tabulek, evidencí, plánu auditu a pravidelné hodnocení rizikových oblastí a klíčových ukazatelů. Přínos práce spočívá v tom, že aplikací předloženého řešení je možné odhalit a eliminovat neefektivnost, nehospodárnost, hrozící rizika. Dle vytvořeného plánu se docílí souladu s legislativní úpravou, umožní hladký průběh kontrol ze strany kontrolních orgánů, dosáhne transparentnosti a správnosti v oblasti vynakládání veřejných prostředků.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with an implementation of an internal audit unit in a non-profit organization. The main goal of this project is to ensure an economic and efficient running of all performed processes in the organization. Internal audit was integrated into an organization-al structure and an internal auditor will ensure performance of this unit. The internal auditor´s workload and procedures were defined by a risk analysis which is based on the risks found out by a financial analysis and a financial resources analysis. The essence of the proposed solution lies in creating of control charts, records and a regular evaluation of the risky areas and key indicators. The benefit of this thesis is that by applying of the suggested solution it is possible to detect and eliminate inefficiency, unthrift and the threatening risks. According to a created plan it is also possible to comply with the legislation, enable that the controls from the side of the audit offices will run smoothly and reach transparency and correctness in the area of the use of public funds.
