Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá náborem zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci, která se věnuje obchodu a prodeji stavebního materiálu již od roku 1993. Pracuje zde přes 2 000 zaměstnanců. Pobočky organizace se nachází po celé České republice a jejich počet každoročně roste. Momentálně má vybraná organizace přes 90 poboček. Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat nábor zaměstnanců ve společnosti a navrhnout řešení, jak nábor zaměstnanců zefektivnit. Teoretická část je zaměřená na definici základních pojmů, přehled zdrojů získávání nových zaměstnanců, a také se zaměřuje na metody získávání zaměstnanců. Praktická část je orientována na konkrétní organizaci včetně náplně oddělení lidských zdrojů a personálního oddělení. Popisuje celkový postup náboru v organizaci a ukazuje inzeráty vystavované organizací. Závěr je věnovaný doporučením, jak efektivněji získávat zaměstnance do této organizace.

Abstract:

This work deals with the recruitment of employees in a selected organization, which has engaged in the trade and sale of building materials since 1993. It employs over 2,000 employees. The organization has branches throughout the Czech Republic, and its number is growing every year. Currently, the selected organization has over 100 divisions. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the recruitment of employees in the company and to propose solutions to make recruitment more efficient The theoretical part describes the basic concepts. It also works with the recruitment sources overview, and it also focuses on methods of recruitment. The practical part is devoted to the specific organization, including the content of the human resources department and personnel department. It describes the overall recruitment process in the organization and shows the necessary forms for candidates and advertisements issued by the organization. It concludes with recommendations on how to recruit to this organization more efficiently.
