Comparison of Approaches to Warning, Safety Notifications and Informing in the Czech Republic and Selected Countries

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá komparací přístupů k varování, vyrozumění a informování v České republice a vybraných státech. Práce je rozčleněna na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se práce zaměřuje na globálně historický vývoj varování, vyrozumění a informování a zároveň se snaží přiblížit historii varování, vyrozumění a informování v České republice. Práce dále popisuje jednotlivé systémy komparovaných států ke vztažené problematice, tedy České republiky, Austrálie, Kanady, Spojeného království a Spojených států amerických. Součástí praktické části je již samotná komparace vybraných států, přičemž ke sběru dat byla použita obsahová analýza z českých a zahraničních zdrojů. Výsledkem samotné bakalářské práce je celkové zhodnocení porovnání systémů vybraných států, a to formou diskuse.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the comparison of approaches to warning, safety notification and informing in the Czech Republic and selected countries. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, the work focuses on the global historical development of warning, safety notification and informing. At the same time, the thesis tries to bring closer to the history of warning, safety notification and informing in the Czech Republic. The thesis further describes the individual systems of the compared countries to the related issue, i. e. the Czech Republic, Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States of America. Part of the practical part is the comparison of selected countries, while content analysis from Czech and foreign sources was used to collect data. The result of the bachelor's thesis itself is an overall evaluation of the comparison of the systems of selected states, in the form of a discussion.
