Diplomová práce se zabývá posouzením materiálového toku ve firmě Weyland Holz, s.r.o. a jeho zefektivnění. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis logistiky, materiálového toku a informačního toku, finanční analýzy, zásobování, skladovácí a SWOT analýzy. The thesis deals with the assessment of the material flow in the company Weyland Holz, s. r. o. and its efficiencies. The theoretical part is focused on description of the logistics, material flow and information flow, financial analysis, supply, skladovácí and SWOT analysis.
