Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku daňových úniků v oblasti DPH se zřetelem na karuselové podvody. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny pojmy daňového úniku a metody měření stínové ekonomiky, které jsou spojené s daňovými úniky. Jsou zde také charakterizovány faktory vzniku těchto úniků. The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of tax evasion in the field of VAT with regard to carousel fraud. The theoretical part defines the concepts of tax evasion and methods of measuring the shadow economy that are associated with tax evasion. It also characterises the factors that create such evasion.
