Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou dokazování v trestním řízení. Vedle vymezení základních pojmů, předmětu a rozsahu dokazování se práce zabývá taktéž jeho základními zásadami. Rozebrány jsou zvláštní druhy dokazování, které jsou v závěru práce obohaceny o konkrétní příklady z praxe. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the issue of evidence in criminal proceedings. Besides the basic concepts, the subject and scope of evidence, the thesis deals also its basic principles. It analyzes specific types of evidence that are in the conclusion enriched by specific examples. Special part is devoted to forensic medicine that has evidence of crimes against life and health irreplaceable role.
