Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá právnymi vadami právnych úkonov a ich následkami. Prvá kapitola je venovaná na deľbu právnych skutočností so zameraním na právne úkony. V tejto časti bude analyzovať náležitosti právnych úkonov, obsah, vznik, typy a druhy právnych úkonov. Druhá kapitola poukáže na právne následky vadných právnych úkonov.
