Reflection of the Introduction of the Emergency Care Service in the Context of Community Planning of Social Services

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá reflexí služby tísňové péče v kontextu komunitního plánování sociálních služeb. Teoretická část je rozdělena do třech kapitol, jejichž cílem je vymezit klíčové pojmy a teoretický rámec problematiky služby tísňové péče v kontextu sociálních služeb, komunitního plánování sociálních služeb a problematiky seniorů jako hlavní cílové skupiny uživatelů tísňové péče. V poslední kapitole teoretické části jsou nastíněny fáze procesu komunitního plánován a je zde také zmíněn proces zavedení služby tísňové péče ve vybraném městě jako realizace stanovené priority a opatření komunitního plánování rozvoje sociálních služeb na území tohoto města. V závěru teoretické části je čtenářům nabídnuta krátká reflexe realizace zavedení služby tísňové péče ve vybraném městě. V praktické části je věnována pozornost metodologii kvantitativního výzkumu a jeho postupům. Výzkumné šetření, ve kterém jsem jako metodu sběru dat zvolila dotazník, je směřováno na uživatele služby tísňové péče ve vybraném městě. Cílem první části dotazníku je popsat charakteristiku uživatelů tísňové péče, cílem druhé části dotazníku je zjistit celkovou míru spokojenosti uživatelů se službou tísňové péče a cílem třetí části je analýza postřehů, sdělení a připomínek respondentů ke službě. Získaná data jsou zpracována v kapitolách analýza dat, interpretace, shrnutí a doporučení pro praxi.

Abstract:

This master thesis deals with the reflection of emergency care services in the context of community planning of social services. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters which object is to define key concepts and theoretical scope of emergency care services problems in the context of social services, community planning of social services and problems of seniors who are the main target group of users of emergency care. In the last chapter of a theoretical part there are described phases of community planning process and there is also mentioned the process of the emergency care services implementation in a chosen town as the realization of set priority and measures of community planning development of social services in the region of this town. In conclusion of the theoretical part a brief reflection of realization and implementation emergency care services in chosen town is offered to the readers. The practical part deals with the methodology of quantitative research and its methods. The survey research, for which data collecting was used, is aimed to users of emergency care services in a chosen town. The aim of the first part of the questionnaire is to describe the characteristics of the users of emergency care. The aim of the second part is to find out the overall rate of user´s satisfaction with the emergency care services and the aim of the third part is the respondent´s analysis of reflection, information and observation in services. Obtained data are processed in chapters; data analysis, interpretation, summary and recommendation for practice.
