Physiotherapy of one-sided sports loading

Abstract:

Úvod: Lední hokej je jedním z nejznámějších a nejtvrdších sportů na světě. Přes známost tohoto sportu ovšem nedochází ke zranění jenom při fyzických kontaktech, ale způsobením specifickým a rozdílným pohybem a držením těla, než na který jsme zvyklí. Proto dochází k zátěži pouze určitých svalů a dochází ke svalové dysbalanci a je nutné dostat do podvědomí, že každý takový pohyb se musí nějakým způsobem kompenzovat. Cíl práce: Cílem bakalářské práce je přispět k řešení problematiky fyzioterapie u jednostranné sportovní zátěže (ledního hokeje). Metodika: Výzkumný soubor byl vytvořen na základě komplexního typu výzkumu, do kterého byl vybrán jeden aktivní hráč ledního hokeje ve věku 13 let. Na základě vstupního kineziologického rozboru byl navržen krátkodobý fyzioterapeutický plán, který byl realizován v podobě 8 terapií, v rozmezí 7 týdnů. Pro terapii byly využity koncepty DNS, ACT, Brugger koncept a Senzomotorická stimulace. Po 4. terapii bylo provedeno kontrolní vyšetření vybraných parametrů pro kontrolu zdravotního stavu. Po osmé terapii byl proveden výstupní kineziologický rozbor, na jehož základě byl poté sestaven dlouhodobý fyzioterapeutický plán. Výsledky: Fyzioterapeutickou intervencí byly pohybové stereotypy EXT v kyčelním kloubu, FLX šíje upraveny a probíhají ve správném svalovém zapojení. Byla zvětšena svalová síla do FLX a FLX trupu s rotací. Došlo k ošetření zkrácených svalů flexorů kolenního kloubu a m. trapezius. Dále se povedlo zlepšit aktivaci HSSP a laterárnímu rozšíření žeber a mezižeberních prostor u bráničního testu a zvýšení odporu u testu nitrobřišnímu tlaku. V poslední řadě došlo ke snížení rozdílu v délce DKK. Závěry: Tato bakalářská práce splnila cíl a úkoly dané problematiky fyzioterapie, objasnila teoretickou analýzu odborné literatury shrnující problematiku a byly zde provedeny kineziologické rozbory s možnými vyšetřeními zahrnující problematiku využití fyzioterapie u pacienta a následným zlepšením zdravotního stavu pacienta.

Abstract:

Introduction: Ice hockey is one of the most famous and toughest sports in the world. Despite the familiarity of this sport, however, injuries occur not only during physical contacts, but caused by specific and different movement and posture than we are used to. Therefore, there is a load on only certain muscles and muscle imbalance occurs, and it is necessary to get into the subconscious that each such movement must be compensated in some way. The objective: The aim of the bachelor thesis is to contribute to the solution of physiotherapy in unilateral sports load (ice hockey). Methodology: The research set was created on the basis of a comprehensive type of research, in which one active ice hockey player was selected at the age of 13. On the basis of the initial kinesiological analysis, a short-term physiotherapy plan was proposed, which was implemented in the form of 8 therapies, within a span of 7 weeks. The concepts of DNS, ACT, Brugger concept and Sensorimotor stimulation were used for therapy. After the 4th therapy, a control examination of selected parameters was performed to check the state of health. After the eighth therapy, an output kinesiological analysis was carried out, on the basis of which a long-term physiotherapy plan was then drawn up. Results: Physiotherapy intervention was movement stereotypes EXT in the hip joint, FLX neck adjusted and take place in the correct muscle involvement. The muscular force to the FLX and FLX torso with rotation was increased. There was a treatment of shortened muscle flexors of the knee joint and m. trapezius. In addition, the activation of HSSP and the lateral expansion of the ribs and intercostal spaces in the diaphragmatic test and the increase in resistance in the intra-abdominal pressure test were improved. Finally, the difference in the length of DKK was reduced. Conclusions: This bachelor thesis fulfilled the aim and tasks of the given issue of physiotherapy, clarified the theoretical analysis of the professional literature summarizing the issue and kinesiological analyses were carried out with possible examinations including the issue of the use of physiotherapy in the patient and the subsequent improvement of the patient's health condition.
