Cílem této bakalářské práce je provedení analýzy událostí v Československu mezi léty 1960 až 1970 a vlivu, který tyto události měly na československý právní řád. The main objective of this thesis is to analyse events taking place in Czechoslovakia between the year 1960 and 1970 and their influence on Czechoslovakian order od law. First chapter of the thesis focuses on adoption of so called socialist constitution and its own analysis.
