Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu teoretické informovanosti a připravenosti učitelů v oblasti Bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci (BOZP). Úvod diplomové práce blíže seznamuje s problematikou BOZP ve školských zařízeních. Didaktická část práce formou dotazníkového šetření zkoumá, jakým způsobem jsou učitelé zaškolováni a zda je toto zaškolování z jejich pohledu dostačující. Cílem práce je analyzovat aktuální stav v systému zaškolování učitelů v oblasti BOZP, jejich spokojenost se systémem zaškolování a identifikovat potenciální mezery.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the analysis of theoretical knowledge and readiness of teachers in the field of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS). The introduction of the thesis provides a closer insight into the issues of OHS in educational institutions. The didactic part of the thesis, through a questionnaire survey, examines how teachers are trained and whether this training is sufficient from their perspective. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current state of teacher training in the field of OHS, their satisfaction with the training system, and to identify potential gaps.
