Elasticities in economics
Abstract:
Cílem této práce je pojednat o pojmu elasticita funkce jedné proměnné a výsledky přenést na vybrané ekonomické modely. Práce definuje základní pojmy související s elasticitou a to jak z matematického, tak z ekonomického hlediska. Dále popisuje jednotlivé druhy elasticit u poptávkové a nabídkové funkce, faktory, které je ovlivňují a využití elasticity v praxi.
Abstract:
The aim of this work is dealt with the concept of elasticity of functions of one variable and the results pass on selected economic models. Work defines the basic concepts related to the elasticity of both the mathematical and economically. Also describes the different types of elasticities of demand and supply functions, the factors that affect them and the use of elasticity in practice.
