The development of communicative skills at pupils with learning disorders in Mathematics

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola je věnována poruchám učení. Jsou zde vysvětleny pojmy, které se vztahují k této problematice, také se zabývá etiologií a jen okrajově vzděláváním žáků s poruchami učení. Druhá kapitola se zabývá komunikačními dovednostmi a jsou zde popsané komunikační schopnosti žáků s poruchami učení. Poslední, tedy třetí kapitola, zachycuje problematiku matematiky, konkrétně slovní úlohy. Empirická část se zabývá analýzou chyb při řešení slovní úlohy a také podporou rozvoje komunikačních dovedností u žáků s poruchou učení v matematice. Hlavním cílem výzkumné části, je zhodnocení rozvoje komunikačních dovedností v matematice. Práce obsahuje postupy, které byly s dětmi provedeny. Celkový průběh rozvoje a dosažené výsledky jsou postupně zhodnoceny v části věnující se dané problematice. Přiloženy jsou konkrétní práce dětí.

Abstract:

The thesis is divided into theoretical and research part. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is devoted to learning disorders. There are explained terms that relate to this issue, it also deals with the etiology and only marginally with education of students with learning disorders. The second chapter deals with the communicative skills and the communicative abilities of students with learning disabilities are described here. The last one, the third chapter, describes the problems of mathematics, specifically word problems. The empirical part deals with the analysis of errors in solving a word problem and also with support of development of the communication skills in students with learning disabilities in mathematics. The main aim of the research is the evaluation of the development of communication skills in mathematics. The work includes procedures that were done with children. The overall progress of the development and the results are evaluated sequentially in the section dedicated to this issue. There are specific child works included.
