Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zjistit úroveň tělesné zdatnosti zvolené skupiny dětí 2. stupně základní školy a dětí basketbalového klubu, vyhodnotit ji vzhledem ke standardům, následně provést komparaci těchto dvou skupin. Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor work was to diagnose the level of physical fitness of selected group of pupils from 2nd grade from elementary school and pupils from basketball club. Evaluate it towards standards and then compare these two groups. The UNIFITTEST (6-60) was applied for testing and also to define the level of physical fitness.
