Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá popisem volební reformy na Ukrajině z roku 2004. Nový volební zákon byl přijat jako součast kompromisního řešení politické krize v roce 2004. Reforma zaváděla poměrný volební systém.
Abstract:
the bachalary work describes the electoral reform from 2004 in Ukraine. The reform was part of the political package that represent the compromise solutin of the political crisis. The new electoral law implements party electoral system.
