Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá diferenciací instrukcí ve výuce víceúrovňových tříd a je zaměřena na dospělé studenty. Obsah teoretické části popisuje základní fakta výuky víceúrovňových tříd, seznamuje s obecnými charakteristikami dospělých studentů a teorií vzdělávání dospělých. Dále prezentuje různé strategie diferenciace instrukcí včetně uspořádání třídy, plánování a organizování postupů výuky, vytváření vhodných skupin, diferenciace výukových aktivit a udržování, případně zvyšování motivace studentů. Praktická část diplomové práce analyzuje konkrétní víceúrovňovou třídu dospělých studentů, určuje jejich potřeby, prezentuje zvolené výukové přístupy a metody diferenciace aplikované ve třídě. Zároveň práce sleduje a vyhodnocuje pokrok studentů při výuce. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je ukázat řadu metodologických dovedností a schopností diferencovaných instrukcí, které pomáhají učitelům vytvářet podpůrné výukové prostředí ve víceúrovňových třídách dospělých studentů.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with differentiating instructions in teaching multilevel classes and it is focused on adult learners. The content of the theoretical part describes the basic facts of teaching multilevel classes, introduces general characteristics of adult learners and theories of adult learning, presents different strategies of differentiated instructions including arranging the environment, planning and organizing procedures, grouping, differentiating activities and maintaining learners’ motivation. The practical part of the thesis analyses a particular multilevel class of adult learners, determines the needs of each learner, presents instructional approaches and teaching methods of differentiation employed in the class, as well as monitors learners’ progress. The main objectives of the diploma thesis are to show a range of methodological skills and abilities of differentiated instructions that help teachers to create a supportive learning environment in multilevel adult classes.
