Uvedená diplomová práca sa zaoberá celkovým pohľadom na marketing v praxi konkrétneho hotela. Hlavným cieľom výskumu bolo identifikovať silné a slabé stránky ponúkaných služieb hotela, vyhodnotiť ich a ponúknuť ucelené návrhy na ich zlepšenie.
