Analysis of the strengths and weakness of the business activities of the entity
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá SWOT analýzou podnikatelského subjektu, který je jedním z obchodníků s elektrickou energií a plynem. Práce analyzuje stav podniku a na základě toho, vyhodnocuje jeho silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby. Tyto analýzy posloužily jako podklad pro vytvoření SWOT matice s cílem nalézt vhodnou strategii pro podnikatelský subjekt a možné návrhy pro lepší budoucí vývoj podniku.
Abstract:
The work deals with the SWOT analysis of the business entity, which is one of the traders of electricity and gas. The work analyzes the state of company and on the basic of evaluating its strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
