Cílem této práce je seznámit čtenáře s možnostmi financování vlastního bydlení. První kapitola uvádí výhody a nevýhody bydlení v pronájmu či ve vlastním. Většina práce je věnována teoretickému vymezení dvou produktů, které jsou v případě potřeby financování vlastního bydlení využívány nejčastěji - stavební spoření a hypoteční úvěr. The aim of my work is to acquaint the readers with options of home financing. The first chapter features the prons and cons of housing rent and living in your own.
