Předložená práce je zaměřena na systém vzdělávání ve společnosti ČEZ Zákaznické služby, s. r. o. Cílem práce bylo popsání vzdělávacích procesů v této společnosti, především pak v Odboru Zákaznická centra Západ, a následné navržení opatření pro zvýšení efektivity v této oblasti. This Bachelor thesis is focused on a system of education in the company ČEZ Zákaznické služby, s. r. o.
