Psychosocial aspects of adolescents with celiac disease
Abstract:
Závěrečná práce se zabývá psychickými a sociálními aspekty adolescentů trpících celiakií. První část se věnuje charakteristice tohoto onemocnění a základním údajům týkajících se bezlepkové diety. Druhá část přibližuje problematiku sociálního vyloučení nemocných, zaměřuje se zejména na úlohu rodiny a vrstevníků. Dále popisuje dopad celiakie na psychiku pacientů.
Abstract:
The final thesis deals with psychological and social aspects of adolescents with celiac disease. The first part is devoted to the characteristics of the disease and basic data concerning gluten-free diet. The second part presents the social exclusion of the patients, focusing in particular on the role of family and peers. It also describes the im-pact of celiac disease on the psyche of patients.
