A strategy for establishing a dance company
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá založením nového profesionálního tanečního souboru formou neziskového zapsaného spolku. Cílem je poskytnout pohled na tento proces a jeho možnosti založení a rozvoje. V rámci práce je probírána a zkoumána analýza vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí, vhodná organizační struktura, marketingové strategie a financování.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the establishment of a new professional dance company in the form of a non-profit registered association. The aim is to provide an insight into this process and its possibilities of establishment and development. The analysis of the external and internal environment, appropriate organizational structure, marketing strategies and financing are discussed and examined.
