Bakalářská práce se zabývá poválečným retribučním soudnictvím a jeho působením v oblasti Svitavska. Hlavním cílem práce je zmapování přepadu obce Moravská Chrastová v roce 1938 a pokus o nalezení odpovědi na otázku, do jaké míry byl zábor obce ovlivněn místními německými obyvateli. Abstract:
Final thesis focuses on post-war retributive judiciary of Svitavy area. The main purpose of the thesis is to describe the overflow of Moravská Chrastová village in 1938 and to answer the question about how much was the annexation influenced by local German inhabitants.
