Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou kriminality mladistvých, její strukturou, podstatnými rysy, etiologií a prevencí. This thesis discusses the problem of juvenile delinquency, its structure, fundamental features, aetiology and prevention. At the same time analyses the juvenile offender in terms of psychosocial development and highlights the need to distinguish it from the recidivist offender.
