Práce se zaměřuje na motivaci ruských studentů ke studiu v České republice. Věnuje se pojmu motivace a jejímu možnému rozdělení. Dále nastiňuje strukturu vzdělávacího systému Ruské federace od jeslí po vysokoškolské studium, a také jeho fungování s ohledem na zodpovědné orgány.
