Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice malých a středních podniků, a jejich vlivu na národní ekonomiku států. Téma je velmi aktuální v současné době, protože malé a střední podniky hrají významnou roli v efektivním zákaznickém servisu na všech úrovních. Autor zkoumá klíčové teoretické aspekty vztahující se k malým a středním podnikům a různé oblasti jejich aktivit, specifické požadavky na různé oblasti podnikového managementu a jejich vliv na celkové ekonomické výstupy malých a středních podniků. Analýza nabízí hodnotné empirické údaje, protože autorka analyzuje aktivity konkrétního malého podniku dle určených aspektů.

Abstract:

This bachelor’s thesis is dedicated to the topic of small and medium companies, and the impact they have on the national economies of countries. The topic is relevant as of today, as small and medium enterprises play an ever-growing role in the effective customer service on all levels. The author investigates the key theoretical aspects related to small and medium companies and different spheres of their activities, the specificities of various corporate management directions, and their impact on the ultimate economic output of SMEs. The research also provides valuable empirical data, as the author investigates the activities of a particular small company in all key respects.
