Optimization of the Economy of the Prachatice Sports Facility, f.o.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Optimalizace hospodaření Sportovního zařízení Prachatice, p.o.“ se zabývá využitelností a hospodárností vybraných sportovišť v rámci sportovního zařízení města Prachatice. Tato práce se skládá ze dvou částí, přičemž první z nich si všímá sportu a sportovních organizací v teoretické rovině. Rozebírá, jakých právních forem mohou sportovní organizace nabývat a jak a kým jsou tyto organizace financovány. Naproti tomu druhá část práce podrobuje analýze využitelnosti a hospodárnosti prachatický krytý plavecký bazén a venkovní koupaliště Hulák. Dosažené výsledky jsou porovnávány se srovnatelnými sportovišti z jiných měst a v případě horších výsledů jsou navrhnuta řešení zlepšení situace. Práce se zabývá také smysluplností zamýšlené investice do rekonstrukce prachatického krytého plaveckého bazénu, které se město Prachatice, potažmo sportovní zařízení tohoto města rozhodlo v letech 2018-2019 provést. Investice bude rozebrána pomocí cost benefit analýzy.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis "Optimization of the Economy of Prachatice Sports Equipment, f.o." deals with the usability and economy of selected sports facilities within the sports facilities of Prachatice. This work consists of two parts, the first of which takes note of sport and sports organizations on the theoretical level. It examines the legal forms that sport organizations can acquire and how and by whom these organizations are funded. On the other hand, the second part of the thesis analyzes the usability and economy of Prachatice indoor swimming pool and outdoor swimming pool Hulák. The achieved results are compared with comparable sports venues from other cities and, in case of worse results, solutions are proposed to improve the situation. The work also deals with the meaningfulness of the intended investment in the reconstruction of the Prachatice indoor swimming pool, which Prachatice city, or sports facilities of this city decided to carry out in the years 2018-2019. The investment will be analyzed using cost-benefit analysis.
