Cílem práce je optimalizovat logistické procesy ve firmě TRW Autoelektronika, s. r. o. ve Zruči nad Sázavou. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí – teoretické a aplikační. The aim is to optimize the logistics processes in the company TRW Automotive Ltd. in Zruč nad Sázavou. The work concist of two parts – theoretical and practical.
