Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce bylo nalézt vhodný datový formát a algoritmy pro uchování obrovských mikroskopových panoramat. Důležitými podmínkami byly rychlost přístupu k uloženým obrazovým datům a účinné využití paměti. Abstract:
The aim of the thesis was to find a suitable data format and algorithms for storing huge microscopy panoramas. Two crucial parameters were an access speed to stored image data and an efficient memory usage. First part deals with analysis of input data from a scanning electron microscope.
