This master´s thesis deals with possible problems that can arise by translation of touristic guide texts. The main point of focus is the translation of selected passages from the German guidebook: "Zauberhaftes Usedom: Mit Greifswald & Stettiner Haff", which was written by Dr. Rainer Höll et. al. in 2010. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problémy při překladu textů z oblasti turismu se zaměřením na překlad vybraných pasáží z německého turistického průvodce "Zauberhaftes Usedom: Mit Greifswald & Stettiner Haff" z roku 2010, jehož autorem je Dr. Rainer Höll et. al.
