Analysis of Causes and Consequences of "Mortgage Crises" in the USA

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu příčin a důsledků americké hypoteční krize a na úvahu nad jejím budoucím vývojem. První kapitola je soustředěna na teoretický výklad, který je později potvrzen praktickou částí. Práce se dále zabývá chronologickým vývojem důsledků krize ve Spojených státech amerických, Evropě a České republice. Na konci práce uvažuji nad možným scénářem následného vyrovnávání se s menšími či většími následky krize, která vyústila do celosvětového měřítka. This Thesis for diploma is concentrated on an analyses of the causes and consequences of the American mortgage crises considering future development. The first chapter focuses on the theoric interpretation that later will be confirmed by practice part. Next chapters describe chronological development of the consequences of the crisis in the U.S.A., Europe and also in the Czech Republic. The last part describes reflection of possible evolution facing small or bigger consequences of crisis that influenced actual situation in all over the word.
