Transition from the Tax Records to Accounting for the Selected Businessman

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na přechod z daňové evidence na účetnictví u vybraného podnikatele. Teoretická část práce popisuje jednotlivé možnosti vedení účetnictví a jejich legislativní úpravy. Obsahuje důvody pro dobrovolný či povinný přechod a je zde uveden postup přechodu z daňové evidence na účetnictví. Aby nedocházelo k daňovým únikům, nebo chybným postupům jsou zde uvedeny účetní a daňové předpisy. V praktické části je proveden konkrétní přechod z daňové evidence na účetnictví u vybraného podnikatele. Jsou analyzovány dopady přechodu a jeho výhodnost či nevýhodnost.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the transition from the tax records to the accounting of the selected entrepreneur. The theoretical part of the thesis describes individual possibilities of bookkeeping and their legislation. It contains the reasons for the voluntary or com-pulsory transition, and there is a procedure for moving from tax records to accounting. To avoid tax evasion or misconduct, accounting and tax regulations are listed here. In the practical part there is a concrete transition from the tax records to the accounting of the selected entrepreneur. The impacts of the transition and its advantages or disadvantages are analyzed.
