The thesis describes the artist's life but it predominantly focuses on an analysis of his work. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na skotského představitele secesní architektury a designu 19.-20. století Charlese Rennieho Mackintoshe. Práce popisuje nejen umělcův život, ale především se zabývá analýzou jeho tvorby. Soustředí se na jeho budovy a interiéry, které se značně odlišují od klasických skotských budov daného období.
