Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá v první části základními charakteristickými pojmy státní služby. V další části je nastíněn vývoj státní služby v České republice po roce 1989. Na něj navazuje současná právní úprava zákona o státní službě a v poslední části je porovnán služební a zaměstnanecký poměr a z něj vyplývající práva a povinnosti těchto zaměstnanců.
Abstract:
In the first part of this diploma thesis deals with the basic characteristics of the civil service. On the next part is outlined the progression of civil service in Czech replublic after the year 1989. On this follows the current legislation of Civil Service Act and in the last part is compared civil service employment with employment relationship and the resulting rights and obligations of these employees …more
