Tato práce se skládá z teoretické části, která shrnuje základní informace o nádorech mozku a jejich diagnostice pomocí výpočetní tomografie a dalších zobrazovacích metod, a z části praktické, která zjišťuje význam výpočetní tomografie v diagnostice nádorů mozku pomocí kazuistik 10 pacientů. This thesis consists of theory section which summarizes fundamental facts about brain tumors and diagnostics techniques including computed tomography and method section which examines the importance of computed tomography in brain tumor diagnosis.
