Consequences of defective legal acts
Abstract:
Práce analyzuje následky vadných právních úkonů. Věnuje se pojmovým znakům právních úkonů, jejich náležitostem a stručně shrnuje následky vadných právních úkonů v římském právu. Kriticky hodnotí současnou právní úpravu a zaměřuje se také na připravovaný občanský zákoník. Obsahuje též některá východiska využitelná pro budoucí právní úpravy.
Abstract:
The aim of graduation thesis was to sum up the main points of consequences of defective legal acts regulated by the contemporary Civil Code. One of the chapters is devoted to history of consequences of defective legal acts in Roman law. Graduation thesis assessed current legal regulations critically and also defined the previous ones.
