Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou nabídky gastronomických zařízeních regionu Pece pod Sněžkou a jejím zhodnocením z pohledu výskytu tradičních regionálních pokrmů a poptávky návštěvníků.
Abstract:
Bachelor´s thesis introduces the analysis of the offer of gastronomic facilities in the Pec pod Sněžkou region and it´s evaluation from presence of traditional regional dishes and the demand of visitors.
