Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou řízení kvality při vývoji softwaru v rámci analyzované malé firmy. Cílem diplomové práce je v první řadě odhalit slabá místa v řízení kvality v reálné firmě a následně na základě analýzy vypracovat návrh řešení takový, aby vytvářený software představoval kvalitní produkt nejen pro své uživatele ale i pro samotné vývojáře.
