Working conditions of women and adolescent employees

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou zvláštních pracovních podmínek žen a mladistvých zaměstnanců. První část práce je zaměřená na vymezení pracovních podmínek a na jejich dělení dle druhu na hmotné a nehmotné. Hlavní část práce se zabývá zvláštními pracovními podmínkami chráněných zaměstnanců. Důraz je kladen na rozbor pracovní doby, doby odpočinku, na zákonem zakázané práce a na další důležité instituty pracovního práva, které poskytují zvláštní podmínky pro chráněnou skupinu zaměstnanců. Cílem této práce by mělo být zjištění, do jaké míry právní úprava zvláštních pracovních podmínek žen a mladistvých zaměstnanců České republiky poskytuje záštitu chráněné skupině zaměstnanců. Závěr práce je věnován srovnání zvláštních pracovních podmínek žen a mladistvých zaměstnanců v České republice s podmínkami ve Francii, jakožto jedním ze členských států Evropské unie.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of special working conditions of women and juvenile employees. The first part of the thesis is focused on the definition of working conditions and their division by type into tangible and intangible. The main part deals with special working conditions of protected employees. The emphasis is placed on the analysis of working hours, rest periods, work prohibited by law and other important labor law institutes that provide special conditions for a protected group of employees. The aim of this thesis should be the finding to what extent the legal regulation of special working conditions of women and juvenile employees of the Czech Republic provides protection to the protected group of employees. The conclusion is devoted to the comparison of special working conditions of women and adolescents in the Czech Republic with conditions in France as one of the European Union member states.
