Support selective enterpirise acitivities with EU funds

Abstract:

Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je problematika podpory podnikatelských aktivit podniku, zejména malých a středních podniků z fondu EU. Ve své práci se snažím poskytnout přehled o možnostech čerpání z fondů EU v letech 2007-2013 v rámci politiky soudružnosti Evropského společenství a Národního strategického referenčního rámce. V teoretické části své práce se věnuji veřejné podpoře pro malé a střední podniky, především státní podpoře a její formám. Dále se věnuji popisu aktuálních operačních programů ve vztahu k České republice.Na závěr teoretické části se věnuji problematice projektového záměru, jakožto podkladu ke zpracování žádosti o podporu z finančních zdrojů EU. Praktická část je zaměřená na aplikaci teoretických znalostí v sestavování projektového záměru a výběru vhodného operačního programu pro jeho podporu z fondů EU. Cílem je sepsat projektový záměr na základě potřeb malého podniku, popsat a zdůvodnit výběr podpory. Připravený materiál má posloužit ke zpracování a podání žádosti o podporu projektového záměru vybrané aktivity podniku. V závěru práci vyhodnocují splnění stanovených cílů a poukazuji na důležitost plnění povinností vůči poskytovateli podpory.

Abstract:

A main topic of my work is a support of enterprise, especially the support of small and medium-sized enterprise from the EU funds. In my work I sumarize possibilities of subvetion drawing from the EU funds between 2007 and 2013 in terms of EU politics of cohesion and the National Strategic Reference Framework In the theoretical part I focus on the public subvention for small and medium-sized enterprise, all above the state subvention and its forms. I describe up-to-date operational programs in the reference to the Czech Republic. In the conclusion of the theoretical part I focus on the project goal as an important part of the subvention application from the EU funds. The practical part is devoted to the application of theoretical knowledge in the project preparation and a procedure of selection of the optimal subvention operational program from the EU funds. The aim is to manage the project plan based on needs of the small enterprise, to describe and give reasons for the particular choice of subvention.. The documentation is supposed to be used for managing and applying for the project subvention. In the summary of my work I evaluate reaching of defined goals of my work and I point out at executing duties against the subvention provider.
