Bakalářská práce řeší téma měření a řízení výkonu v akademických knihovnách. V teoretické části autor vymezuje pojmy měření, řízení a výkon, jež jsou klíčové pro úvod do problematiky. The bachelor thesis deals with performance measurement and management in academic libraries. In the theoretical part, basic terms as measurement, management and performance are defined.
