Current diffirencis in education of future figure skating coaches between Czech Republic and Sweden

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá vzděláváním trenérů krasobruslení v České republice a ve Švédsku. V úvodu se práce věnuje stručné charakteristice a historii krasobruslení a také specifikaci oboru trenérství. Hlavním tématem práce je popsat vzdělávání trenérů krasobruslení v České republice a ve Švédsku a jejich vzájemné porovnání s cílem napsat jednotlivým krasobruslařským svazům návrhy, jak proces vzdělávání zdokonalit. Tyto návrhy vychází ze vzájemného porovnání systémů vzdělávání v obou zemích a z odpovědí z dotazníků.

Abstract:

The work deals with the education of figure skating coaches in the Czech Republic and Sweden. At the outset the work deals with a brief description of the history of figure skating and with the specification of coaching field. The main topic of this work is to describe education of figure skating coaches in the Czech Republic and Sweden and their comparison in order to write individual figure skating associations proposals on how to improve the education process. These proposals are based on mutual comparison of education systems in both countries and on the responses from the questionnaires.
