Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat a analyzovat rozdíly mezi účetním a daňovým pohledem na náklady a to dle české účetní a daňové legislativy. Zájmy poplatníků a příjemců daní se diametrálně odlišují a proto je pro poplatníka daně žádoucí znát možnosti snížení daňového zatížení společnosti v rámci platných právních předpisů. The aim of this thesis is to describe and analyze the differences between the accounting and tax costs and look at it according to Czech accounting and tax legislation. The interests of taxpayers and recipients of taxes are diametrically different and therefore it is advisable for the taxpayer to know the possibilities of reducing the taxation under the applicable law.
