Ve vztahovém marketingu jsou – již podle názvu – v popředí dlouhodobé a dobré vztahy se zákazníky. Právě na ně, jakožto na odběratele služeb či produktů, působí mnoho faktorů, které ovlivňují to, jaký produkt a u které značky si danou věc koupí.
