Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je nábor nových zaměstnanců na základě výběrových testů. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí a to teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se zabývá způsobem výběru zaměstnance, požadavky kladenými na uchazeče, druhy testů, kterým mohou být kandidáti při výběru vystaveni a popsáním nejznámějších metod, které se při výběru pracovníků obvykle používají. Praktická část práce se věnuje charakteristice zkoumaného podniku, průzkumu, který v něm byl proveden a zakončen shrnutím s výsledky, ke kterým se dospělo. Závěr práce porovnává teoretickou část s výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které byly zpracovány v praktické části. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jestli je systém současného výběrového řízení postačující pro výběr vhodných kandidátů na obsazovanou pozici ve společnosti ENERGETIKA a.s.

Abstract:

The topic of this thesis is the recruitment of new employees by selection tests. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the selection of staff, requirements imposed on the applicants, types of tests that can be exposed in the selection of candidates and describing best-known methods in the selection of workers that are usually used. The practical part describes the characteristics of the investigated company, the research which was made on it and ended with a summary of results. Conclusion compares theoretical part of the thesis compares the results of the survey, which was processed in the practical part. The aim of the thesis is to determine whether the current system is adequate tender for the selection of suitable candidates for filling positions in the company as ENERGETIKA a.s.
