Comparison of physical abilities at U - 15 footballers in Colombia and Czech Republic

Abstract:

V diplomové práci porovnáváme pohybové schopnosti u vybraných fotbalistů kategorie U15 v České republice, Kolumbii a Mexiku pomocí obecných i speciálních testů. Hráči absolvovali celkem 11 testů, ve kterých jsme zjišťovali ukazatele rychlosti, síly, vytrvalosti a flexibility. Pro zjištění rychlostní ukazatelů jsme použili testy sprint na 20 a 50 metrů a rychlost změny směru 5-0-5 metrů. U silových schopností jsme vybrali skok daleký z místa, sbalení na žebřinách, shyby nadhmatem a hod 2kg míčem. Vytrvalostní schopnosti jsme měřili pomocí Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery testu a výdrže ve shybu. Pro ukazatele flexibility jsme vybrali testy sed na nártech a hloubka předklonu. Dohromady jsme testovali 62 probandů, 22 z České republiky, 20 z Kolumbie a 20 z Mexika. Zjistili jsme, že kolumbijští fotbalisté dosáhli nejlepších výsledků v ukazatelích rychlostních a flexibility. Čeští fotbalisté byli jednoznačně nejlepší v silových a vytrvalostních ukazatelích. I přesto, že jsme v určitých dílčích testech zjistili statisticky významné rozdíly, můžeme konstatovat, že v pohybových schopnostech jako celku u této kategorie nebyl zjištěn statisticky významný rozdíl mezi zkoumanými soubory.

Abstract:

In our diploma thesis we are comparing physical abilities of selected U15 football players in Czech Republic, Colombia and Mexiko with the use of general and special tests. The players passed a total of 11 tests, in which we determined the ability of speed, strength, endurance, and flexibility. To determine the speed ability, we used 20 m and 50 m long dash tests and 5-0-5 meters change of direction speed test. To determine the strength ability we used broad jump test, hanging leg raises on stall bars test, pull up test and power throw of 2 kg heavy ball test. Endurance ability was measured by the Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery test and pull up endurance test. To determine the level of flexibility, we used sitting on knees test and the deep forward bend test. We tested totall of 62 probands, 22 from the Czech Republic, 20 from Colombia and 20 from Mexico. We found that Colombian footballers achieved the best results in speed and flexibility. Czech footballers were clearly the best in strength and endurance. Despite the fact, we found statistically significant difference in certain partial tests, we can state that no statistically significant difference was found in the whole category of movement abilities among the examined groups.
