Diplomová práce je zaměřena na agresi na pracovišti, konkrétně na mobbing, bossing, staffing a sexuální obtěžování a její prevenci. Součástí teoretické části je vymezení základních pojmů týkajících se vztahů na pracovišti, a s tím souvisejících konfliktů, agrese a výše uvedených pojmů. The Diploma Thesis is aimed to the aggression in the workplace, specifically to the mobbing, bossing, staffing, sexual harassment and its prevention. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of basic terms regarding the relations in the workplace, conflicts, aggression and the above mentioned terms.
