Diplomová práce na téma Identifikace nástrojů na podporu regenerace Baťova areálu do roku 2020 je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část se ve svém úvodu věnuje obecnému výkladu pojmu brownfields v širších souvislostech, typologii, důvodům jejich vzniku obecně i v podmínkách České republiky. Thesis Instruments for the support of the Bata Zone in Zlin recovery by the year 2020 is divided in two parts. The beginning of the theoretical part aims on the idea and meaning of the word brownfields in the broader context.
